Enthos
The Enthos Protocol
I
Focus: awareness and self-discovery.
We begin by exploring your current inner world. Together, we identify the significant patterns, beliefs, and dynamics influencing your present experience. This session establishes the foundational map for everything that follows.
II
Focus: integration and inner harmony.
This session explores the masculine and feminine qualities within you — the full span from agency to receptivity. Rather than identifying with one side or the other, the intention is to develop greater access to the full range of your human capacities.
III
Focus: grounding and alignment.
An exploration of the foundational energetic framework Peter describes as the Egg and the Triangle — an examination of grounding, boundaries, direction, and internal coherence.
IV
Focus: authenticity, purpose, and aligned decision-making.
Identify the values that most authentically express who you are and how you want to live. These become an inner compass — guides for decisions, relationships, and direction.
V
Focus: compassion, acceptance, and emotional openness.
An exploration of your relationship with yourself — identifying the patterns that may make it difficult to offer yourself compassion and care, and what changes when you can.
VI
Focus: self-respect, confidence, and empowerment.
An exploration of the beliefs and patterns underlying self-worth, confidence, visibility, achievement, and self-sabotaging behaviour.
VII
Focus: recognition, differentiation, and conscious choice.
This session explores family systems, inherited beliefs, intergenerational patterns, cultural conditioning, and ancestral narratives — recognising what was passed to you, and choosing consciously what to carry.
VIII
Focus: connection, communication, boundaries, and relational depth.
An exploration of how your inner landscape manifests through intimacy, family, friendship, work, boundaries, conflict, attraction, and connection.
