The Protocol

8

weeks, one session each

1:1

with Peter, online

An eight-week guided journey designed to reveal limiting beliefs and rediscover your inner compass.

The work draws on psychological, emotional, somatic, energetic, and spiritual approaches — bringing into awareness the beliefs, conditioning, and inherited narratives that shape behaviour beneath the surface.

The intention is not to fix you, and not to resolve everything in eight sessions. It is to illuminate what has been running unseen, and to reconnect you with your own authentic nature.

The Journey

We begin by seeing clearly.

The arc

The sessions follow a deliberate developmental arc: first a deeper understanding of your present inner landscape, then balance, alignment, values, love, worth, inheritance, and relationship.

Between sessions

Transformation rarely occurs through insight alone. Each session is accompanied by practical integration work — reflection, journaling, and somatic practice — a cycle of experience, awareness, exploration, practice, and integration.

After the eight weeks

The Foundational Protocol is designed as a beginning rather than an endpoint. What emerges becomes the ground for continued, individualised work.

Founder

Peter Giblin

Peter Giblin has spent twenty-five years doing one thing: sitting with people — more than 1,800 of them — in the gap between the life they're performing and the one that's waiting. Educated at Eton College and Yale University, his training runs deep and off the beaten path, from Dzogchen Tibetan Buddhism to Bwiti mysticism.

A pivotal moment came during a Bwiti ceremony — a revelation that forced him to confront uncomfortable truths, and sparked a lasting commitment to change and emotional intelligence. His work since has one purpose: guiding others toward their own inner mastery.

He is a co-founder of the Le Ciel Foundation, which in 2016–2017 convened twelve indigenous spiritual masters at the United Nations — a gathering captured in the documentary The Twelve.
